The check-in and check out was superb; really warm and welcoming. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space.
I did find having the clothes rail in the bathroom a little strange and this may have been more of an issue if staying for longer than one night.
The breakfast selection was excellent and the breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful which made for a nice experience for me and my daughter.

The location is excellent for visitors to London who want to see the sights without any inconvenience. The city view studio had everything our group of 3 needed. A microwave oven came in very handy when we just wanted to eat in after a full day playing tourists. The double glazing meant the typical sounds of a big city never intruded.

They lie about the £50 credit just for people to give a gd review whether honesty or lies but Yh there’s no service and I have to go outside to use my phone and they have a tiny kitchen and the Tv just says no internet connection and it’s far from a train station

The Host seemed very Dodgy.
The Host seemed very Dodgy. Booked my place , but when I turned up, there was NO vacancy. The host NEVER came to see me in person. Used a Lycra mobile phone- which is difficult to track.
He was directing me to book elsewhere.
Avoid with a Bargepole.
