the room was good - spacious and clean and the bathroom shower was the best ever. Breakfast was "hearty" The second day we ordered one breakfast for two and we didn't go hungry! As far as public transport was concerned it was well connected in all directions.. We didn't need to take a taxi at all. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Perhpas I should have given an overall mark of excellent. It was certainly very good.
Transforming spaces for an improved experience. We are undergoing a fabulous refresh throughout the hotel in the coming months, with some newly renovated rooms already available.

Location was outstanding across from a park,a museum and a castle. The staff and food at both restaurants was fabulous.

The staff were very friendly, and helpful. When I checked in, there was an issue with my room. I went downstairs to see about switching, and a staff member facilitated that quite quickly. I greatly appreciated that because I was exhausted from travel, and the room I was changed to was quite nice. The room I was changed to was set up well with a wardrobe, two beds, and a desk. I found the bed I slept in to be comfortable, and the free breakfast was good as well. The room I was moved to was extremely spacious with a nice window overlooking the front of the hotel.

We chose Inchinnan because of its proximity to the airport — we drove up from Middlesex, and picked up my son, his partner and best friend from the airport (we were there for a wedding at the Earl or Mar estate on the River Clyde). It is also just a 20 minute drive into Glasgow to park near the wonderful museums and galleries, not to mention distillaries. I strongly recommend Glasgow as a city to visit, we had just a day and a half for sight-seeing, but could have done with double that. Inchinnan is a quiet town to the west of Glasgow, a good base to explore the area if you have a car.
