Huge huge house and very comfortable beds, lovely to be able to open doors to garden as had a rare sunny couple of days. The lighting variations in kitchen were great lots of fun. So much space for bride and bridesmaids to get ready and have hair and makeup without bumping into eachother. Huge drive enough to have our own and wedding cars all fit in. Highly recommended if you are getting married in the vicinity or at Kew.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was just a 5-minute walk to the metro station. The main bed in the room was comfortable. Assuming the windows were closed, it was quiet in the room. The room was clean.

You can tell it’s either new or it has just been renovated. It’s very light, welcoming and cosy. Everyone from the staff was super lovely and quick to solve any problem we had. Both the room and the bathroom were nice, clean and comfortable.

Good location, had an issue with my shower which I didn’t discovery until late at night. The night receptionist was fantastic, attempted to repair but when that didn’t work swapped he swapped my room for the one next door. Excellent customer service (sorry didn’t get his name but he deserves a pat on the back!)

Excellent location. Rooms a bit small but a lot of attention paid to decor to detract from small rooms. Breakfast could include more healthy fruit selection and seeds , nuts etc instead of meats and cheeses
