This was our second stay here. It’s a lovely little inn, and the staff is lovely and accommodating. Comfy beds, good shower, great wifi and wonderful included breakfast. You should also try the restaurant for dinner. Really nice.
Dating from 1782, the historic Bell Inn Hotel combines period features with contemporary guest rooms in the heart of the New Forest. It has 2 golf courses on the doorstep.

Beautiful and quiet little village with lots in the surrounding areas. Right on the doorstep to the New Forest and is in the middle of all of the major tourist areas and attractions. Definitely give it a visit but do be prepared with an umbrella!

Two good pubs in the village, beautiful village, good convenient location to Salisbury and Beaulieu - short distance either way. Kings Head not open after 6pm on Sunday though so if you are staying here you’ll need to make your own plans to find food!

I stayed for one night at the Newton farmhouse.
I stayed for one night at the Newton farmhouse. As soon as I walked into the property I got a really homely feel about the place. Lovely set up, bed was super comfy! The bathroom smelt really nice upon arrival. Lovely touches in the kitchen including chocolates and biscuits to help yourself too along with tea and coffee. There was also fresh milk in the fridge and cold water. The guest book had lots of ideas for places to eat, walk and days out all within a reasonable price range. There was parking right outside the property. Overall I had an excellent stay here. Would definitely book again :)

Convenient for several long walks in the New Forest and several country market towns in and just beyond it, including Salisbury and Romsey. The folk of the village were most friendly. The Street reflects its past when a horse and cart needed little width. There are several walks from the village into the arable fields. It has a general store and post office, and two public houses, one a gastro-pub with accommodation, economically inviting.

Whiteparish itself is not the most picturesque village, but it has a lovely gastro pub- the King's Head. Not cheap, but excellent food and wine and friendly staff and locals.
The village is an excellent base for exploring the New Forest as it's very close to the National Park border.
David was an excellent host, full of knowledge about the local area and had some great recommendations. He provided us with somewhere secure to store our bikes. The welcome package was great too, nice not to have to think about breakfast.
The self contained studio room was very clean and was equipped with all we needed for a short break. It is located close to Whiteparish where there are a couple of nice pubs and a village store.
Thanks David!
lovely accommodation behind a nice pub with plenty of parking, gardens and view. All the staff were very friendly and happy. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order, they cooked exactly what you wanted basically. coffee was also very good.
The property shows someone has a real eye for design, far above the average hotel in my opinion.
A fantastic place to stay!! I never write reviews but this was so worth it… the people place and food here were amazing. The best hotel breakfast we’ve had for a long time, lovely fresh berries, home cooked breakfast which was delicious, warm pastries. The staff were all so friendly our kids loved them!!
Wonderful accommodation. Pedro, the hotel manager went above and beyond to provide room service for breakfast as we had to leave early and put a fridge in the room. The food was amazing and staff were so polite. We all need more Pedro in our life!!!! Great hotel. xx
Very well appointed and comfortable. Very good location for North New Forest and the rest is easily accessible. Whiteparish is a nice little village with pubs and village shop for any immediate needs. David was very obliging to help on any issues or guidance.
Very cosy, welcoming and friendly staff. We were looking for a typical and traditional small English hotel and this fit the bill very well. The hotel is also a nice pub filled with locals, and has a lovely little garden out the back where we had a drink.
We loved everything. The rooms, the location and the staff - all was perfect. Paula and the chef made our breakfast experience incredibly enjoyable. In a word, i would recommand the hotel and restaurant to anyone! Thank you! Jeremy, Perrine & the kids
Hotel, restaurant and bar all very good. Staff attentive. Food excellent. Service excellent. Locals that use the bar all very friendly. Very good singer in the bar when we were there on the Friday evening.
The food was excellent. Pedro and Rosanna were welcoming, pleasant and friendly and efficient. The pub/hotel was recentlyrefurbished and in first class condition.
