Amazing Greece island with many beautiful beaches. Local food was also amazing and people were very nice wherever we went. If you are visiting this island, you must see Olympus village. It does take around 1 hour of driving with car from Pigadia, but it's well worth the view. Talking with locals there we learned a lot of history about this island.SSimonSLOSlovenia - 10Scored 10

Great island with amazing beaches. Mountain part is so wild and feels like untouched from the crowds and tourism. All beaches had amazing waters. Many pretty small villages with views at the sea. Sunset from Olympos is stunning.

It is so safe!
It is so safe! The walking is wonderful - many views of the sea. The boat tours were wonderful. So many choices of how to see the island villages. We had a lovely seven village private tour with Apollon Private Tours.

The town folk were friendly and helpful.
The town folk were friendly and helpful. I came a little out of season so quite a few stores and restaurants had shut down. As a result I couldn't get the full compliment of seafood(lobsters) that they usually serve in season, but I also got cheaper deals on other things, such as rental vehicles and hotel accommodationO - 10Scored 10

Karpathos is a wonderful place to visit. There are lots of boat tours that take you to different beaches and the oldest village on the island. The food is amazing and the shops have lots to offer. It is one of the most beautiful places I have been and I have traveled the world.Case

Great bed, air condition working perfectly, sound proof, kitchenette equiped to make breakfast or something else to eat. The apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels and some fruit or something sweet, small affection, waiting for us in the apartment. The owners Maria and Kostas are realy nice and gave us information if we needed it. If you are staying in Pigadia, I would recommend it anytime.

Joanna and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Delicius breakfast with various dishes. The room and bathroom are very confortable nicely decorated, everything is clean. If you like Greek food, then you should not miss the barbeque on Wednesday at the hotel. You won't eat better anywhere in the city. The hosts were amazing, generous, and kind. They gave us plenty of coffee, a bottle of wine, and more. A highlight was going on an intimate boat ride with the owner to see caves and private beaches. We will come back for sure!!
