A little gem of a hotel in Patra. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The room was fantastic. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had such a long travelling day and it was the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The breakfast was great too and very good value.

I choose Castello City hotel each time I visit Patras. It's a warm, welcoming hotel, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. The staff are always really friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. Breakfast is perfect with a great choice and the cook is always on hand if you want something extra. Will always recommend the hotel.

The problems with Patras Palm Tree were problems that should not exist. It begs the question if the owner or agent spends any time checking the property. This property should not be rented out with a washbasin without hot water!
Problems like this result in customers unable to reccomend the property to others.
