It a beautiful setting close to this quaint, busy seaside town. Exceptional hostess made us breakfast before we headed out on our adventures for the day. Very quiet and friendly hospitality with a beautiful setting.

It was located in easy access to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were large, quiet and clean. Great food and a very nice bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The room was fantastic! Really comfortable beds! The views were awesome! And the location was excellent! The whole staff was so friendly! The young man at the coffee shop ( O Shay or O'Sean not sure how to spell his name, but he had black hair neatly pulled into a pony tail) was terrific! He was super nice and kind and very professional. He also made a great cup of coffee! I'd definitely stay here again!
Appalling customer service. Left messages for 3 days prior to our trip and no return phonecall. Not good enough. They should have been going over and above to reassure intending guests. No real apology when we arrived either which was shocking. 1 lady at a tiny makeshift reception desk. The phone was for show but was never answered! Staff were lovely throughout the hotel but customer care and phone system are terrible. No special requests could be communicated. This needs geunine attention as intending customers will cancel. We almost did.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful from the outside and the gardens are well kept.
Inside, it has a very unique sense of furnishings which I really liked.
I brought my partner for a 1 night stay for his birthday. When we arrived to the Junior Suite, we saw that the staff had left a selection of fresh fruit and a note saying happy birthday which was such a lovely touch. The food in the restaurant was very tasty for both dinner and breakfast.
The location and hotel was all that you could wish for, dinner was excellent, breakfast good. hotel was an older property but was very clean through out. staff very good. This property would have been a ten out of ten but for a few problems stated below. In spite of the problems listed below,we would stay here again but in a room nearer the front of the hotel where the internet signal is stronger, also check up on the heating etc.
This is a lovely concept, cozy huts, all the facilities you would need, comfortable bedroom, great shower room with powerful shower and great space, sofa and full kitchen. Outside would be lovely in the summer as there is a bbq and outdoor seating. This is a peaceful quiet place close to Rathnew, close to Wicklow town and Ashford where you will find beautiful walks and a short taxi ride to restaurants in these towns.
The hotel was very comfortable and I loved the atmosphere. It was lovely having drinks in the lounge after dinner in front of the fire with the background music coming from the record player. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to go and unwind.
Junior suite was very spacious and clean.
Ambience in the hotel was extremely relaxing and pleasant with plenty of fires after a day out in wet and miserable weather
Lovely setting, grounds are really nice. Great places to explore or sit and have a drink. All rooms in hotel are beautifully decorated, location is fantastic.
