Great location. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay. All the staff especially Suraj,Aarti and others were incredibly helpful and generous. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and service was attentive and efficient. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Nice place for weekend holidays. On weekends it gets little crowded, but still enjoyable. If someone wants to cover other parts of Himachal also, I would suggest 1-2 day would be enough for Dalhousie. Its best suited for family or couple vacations. Its beautiful of course but the hill station is very poorly maintained. Dainkund Peak is terrific, but Khajjiar is so dirty. The lake there is dry, the bathrooms are dirty, the restaurants are too close for comfort and also unhygienic. The road to Khajjiar is very bad. The worst place is Saatdhara falls (they dont exist) and Panchpula (absolutely nothing there). Garam Sadak was disappointing too, but still alright. The church at Subhash Chowk is OK....nothing great. We actually thought we spent one day extra. Two full days are more than enough.PrashantIndia - 10Scored 10

The best place to stay in Dalhousie. Personally looked after by the owners so prompt attention to your needs. Ver good food at their restaurant angain supervised by owners during meal times. Added attraction is that it is a heritage place and goes back over a century.SandhyaIndia

They eventually changed the rooms. However, all hotel rooms were shabby, damp and dirty. Washrooms were stinking. Food was okayish. Only advantage of this place is its proximity to the Gandhi chowk and Dalhousie market. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone else. There are lot more hotels nearby who would have proven to be better value for money.

It was extremely cold, unbearable due to hilly region and the heater too was of inferior quality which did not nor function and it was charged extra. The tariff is too much for such a degraded hotel room. The staff was too rude and they threatened us. We had to pay the amount that the hotel demanded. Our stay was horrible and wasted all our time and spoilt our mood and the day went auwful.
