Taj! It's not just another brand in the hospitality sector, but a stalwart among the entire fraternity. The interior of the hotel is impeccably decorated with select artefacts including the mind blowing chandeliers in the main lobby. The grand piano and the pianist playing it set the tone of the entire stay. The traditional Aarti welcome and the welcome drink served by a lady who bore a warm smile was really heartwarming . The check-in process was silk smooth. The room was fairly big sized and spotless clean. I literally sunk in the bed and had a relaxing sleep after God knows how many weeks. It's the little things that make a brand such a cherished one. For example, the room key card was made of wood(It was a first time experience for me), the water bottles were sealed but they were made of glass and NOT plastic. I can go on and on, but I think the reader can understand what I'm trying to say. I am mesmerised by the "Taj-ness"! Sending lots of love and best wishes to you guys. 🙏🏻

Break fast was included but could not take as it starts there after 0800 hrs. As a result checked out with out break fast, we had to reach exam hall by 0820 hrs. Requests were made for a little packed breakfast to hotel repeatedly, but turned down. Customer need and delight ignored, although breakfast was inclusive. Break fast usually starts in all good hotels atv0700 hrs. They should have positive approach and service priorities. Any way we paid for same but could not get.
