Nice city to live and visit.
Nice city to live and visit. Public transportation is not very good. High dependence on uber taxis and autos which cancel the trips last minute before coming.Winters can be really cold and summers are extremely hot. Overall its a dry climate.

Great place. The weather was amazing.
Great place. The weather was amazing. Premacha Chaha on Gangapur Road or Trimbak Road is a must for tea lovers. Great food. Hind Kesari is a must visit for non-veg lovers. Cant say the same for Divtya Budhlya. It had so much spice in the food that it just blew our heads off. The spice didnt really do anything to enhance the taste. It was just pure heat.
So many places to see and explore - Gangadwar, Harihargad, Brahmagiri, Anjaneri. The sunset at the Gangapur reservoir is amazing.
And of course, the vineyards. I loved Soma and York more than Sula.
Sula seemed like a commercialised machine now. The entry gate hails Sula as one of the most eco-friendly vineyards in the world. But then the restaurant served us a sparkling wine in a polycarbonate flute. When asked about why our table was the only one to be served a sparkly in a PC flute, I was told Sula is promoting polycarbonate. Later a glass flute was kept on the table with a curt "Ye lo, de diya". #Sula @RajeevSamant

CNG pumps in Nashik are pathetic.
CNG pumps in Nashik are pathetic. Either they are closed most of the time or if available the queue is for more than that of a kilometre. Be ready to waste couple of hours before you get your CNG filled (only if they do not run out of it and whole of your wait is wasted)
Do visit MTDC Boat Club it's nice.

The trip was for a family function. Nasik is not new for me.
The trip was for a family function. Nasik is not new for me.
One can be based at IBIS Nasik & tour the holy places like Shirdi, Shanisingnapur, Trambakeshwar (one of the 12 Jyotirlingas) & many.
IBIS location is near national highway & industrial area, so one can avoid city traffic. One can visit nearby wine yards (Sula & many others) for wine testing sessions. It is about 6-10kms (25-30mins) from IBIS Nasik.

Could be more clean and organised.
Could be more clean and organised. Traffic sense does not exist, People though are friendly. Over all an average city. Gargoti Museum is excellent despite bad approach road. Vineyard visit of Sale is very nice
Absolutely perfect staycation!
The location, although in the extreme interiors of Nashik, was really amazing. away from the usual city buzz, peaceful and beautiful. The villa matched our expectations, and was beautifully designed. Great home cooked food and tea!
Rohit, the caretaker of the villa, and his family greeted us very warmly and made sure all our requirements were met on time.
Overall an amazing stay, one must visit this villa!
Location is near to main attractions in Nashik. I had my own car, so not sure how good is public transport connectivity near this hotel. There is parking space for 2 cars in the hotel premises ... but outside there is ample parking space on road. For breakfast, there are pre-decided items which they bring from outside - guests do not get to choose. Poha & Tea served to us were ok in taste and quantity.
Your next stay near any of the gorgeous Nashik Vineyards has to be at this home! We were in awe of the owner's own vineyard and the thought (of bringing the family together) behind the home. From the wine cellar like lounge to the huge deck with stunning views, my family just couldn't get enough of the home. A special mention to the staff for making our stay so memorable!:)
My stay at Gateway Hotel Nashik was quite pleasant. Mr. Rohit at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. While some restaurant staff could improve their attentiveness, others were excellent, although I can't recall their names. Overall, it was a good experience with a few areas for potential improvement.
I had planned a last minute trip and booked this hotel seeing the Treebo name on it, as had good experience with Treebo. The place it at Centre of the Nashik and well maintained, clean and the staff was courteous. Ordered food at the restaurant and it didn't disappoint me either. I would recommended this for short stays.
I had a wonderful experience staying here in hotel New Uttam hira palace nashik. The staffs are very friendly and polite. Rooms are so neet and clean. Food is so good. Especially the hot & spicy Mutton curry is awesome and tasty. I stayed for 2-3 weeks it was a wonderful experience and worth staying.
The host Pooja was fantastic and helped us loads in planning our movements during our short visit to Nashik. The rooms and facilities had everything we needed and were always spotlessly clean. It's also a great location to see the sights of Nashik.
The only thing I liked about this property was the distance from the property to the church that I had gone to visit in Nashik from Mumbai. Around 300 metres. Thats the only reason I liked the property. AC worked well. Room was spacious
The stay at Silver Inn II hotel Nashik was Relaxing. Staff was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Staff behaviour was warm and welcoming and was Ready always to help always. Great experience.....
The person name Sadhna was very help full at the facility as a guest we like the way here knowledge of the hotel and Nashik location when ever asking her for any kindly of help she was there only thing liked in Hotel

Outstanding staff was great during whole period of the stay and Lovely meeting the staff. such great rooms allocated me was there for business trip delicious food. wonderful hotel to stay
During my recent trip, I stayed in this hotel which is located centrally in Nashik City. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom were also clean and stocked adequately.
No record of booking. Staff was not familiar with hotel management. Bedding was dirty and old. Couldn't sleep due to traffic. Just spend time. Never recommend to anyone.
Rooms was clean & big. Hotel is nice with nostalgia old property feeling. Breakfast & dinner spread was good & tasty food. Courteous, smiling & helpful staff.
