I am infinitely grateful to the employees for their help! I forgot my purchase at the outlet, not far from the hotel, and could not pick it up because I left for Milan. On the way back, I didn’t have time to stop by and the employees found an opportunity to pick up things from there. this is just fantastic! I am very grateful and recommend this hotel to everyone!
