This was our first time visiting La Garda, and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The customer service and staff was great. The facilities was very clean. And the breakfast was truly 10/10 with so much variety and quality food. The staff was consistently attentive any accommodations during our entire few weeks traveling in Italy. Further, on the day of checkout, we unfortunately left our wallet behind. When we realized, in a panic we called the Resort, and immediately they mobilize to go to the room to look for it for us, they took our loss seriously and made genuine effort to help us. They called us within the hour to inform us they have located it. And because it was a weekend, they needed till weekday to find shipping method so they can send it to us. I was worried they would forget about this and not get back to us, however they did not forget and reached out to let us know they will ship it right away. We are extremely grateful for attentiveness and extremely high level of customer service. Preparing nice room is one thing, but helping us in moment of trouble is above and beyond. Thank you @staff for your kindness to helping us. We are from abroad, and have travel in many places, Astoria Resort has been one of the best experiences for us and we hope we will have good fortune to visit again.

The hotel is very beautiful and have renowated and quiet rooms. The breakfast is rich, diverse with all kind of food. Also staff is very kind. The access to the Riva streets is directly from the hotel, approximately 200 metres from the lake. The hotel parking is nearby. Very nice experience! I recommend!

The view was excellent, we had a lovely room with a balcony. Breakfast was very good lots of choice, we had an evening meal which was lovely and the staff were very good also.

We had 4 adults in a family suite. One couple had the bedroom and one couple had the sofa bed in the small lounge area. This was very acceptable for one night. It may be a little crowded for a few nights. I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. There was a small table with some seats, so there was still room to sit as well as the lovely balcony with a great view of the mountain. We did not make use of the kitchen except for the fridge and kettle, but this would be good if staying longer. The included breakfast was very good.

Hotel is in a great location. We had a lovely view of the Lake from our balcony. Good sized room and ensuite. Plenty of wardrobes, hangers and shelves, with good suitcase space.

The hotel is situated on the cliff face and has a wonderful view of the lake. It is clean excellently staffed and is very modern. It also has multiple car parking spaces. There is a shuttle bus that can bring you in and out to the town which is excellent.

Hotel Benaco is located 50 metres from the public beach at Torbole, on the north shore of Lake Garda. There is free Wi-Fi access in the entire building.
