Hosts were very organised and called me to ensure they knew our precise arrival time at the airport. They picked us up and also took us out to a local beach club when we said we wanted to go for a few beers. There were also fresh baursaks (I hope I've got that right!) in our kitchen for us, which was a very nice touch.

The apartment is so well thought out. Everything that you may need is there. Yet its compact and beautiful. We stayed as a family of four with our pet dog. Two additional bonuses its truly pet friendly and very close to Lake Balkhash.
