My one-night stay in this room was extraordinary. The spacious and tastefully decorated room, coupled with a stunning bathroom, provided a luxurious experience. Waking up to a surprise view of the Sahara Desert from the balcony was simply magical, especially with camels in sight. The option for both a great breakfast and dinner on-site was convenient, and the location amidst the dunes was perfect. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable desert experience.

The owner greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. He did not push for us to go on extra excursions nor did he request us to focus on checking in immediately. He made it clear we were to focus on getting comfortable after our long journey. He spent time getting to know us and set a beautiful candlelit dinner up for us by the pool. The next day he drove us to the nearest village where we could buy lunch, and supplies for our stay in a desert camp the next day. He also drove us to our meeting point after check out. All of this at no extra charge. He also provided us with his contact details in case we hit any snags during our stay in the area. Our room was perfect with plenty of space.
We were also given a tour of the hotel and I can attest that the other rooms were also stunning.

The staff were wonderful. We missed our flight and we had to book a car transfer. It took us 12 hours to get there and they were in touch with us all the way. They accomodated the check in at 5am and one member of the staff was waiting for us in the meeting point in the middle of the night. They were so attentive.
We enjoyed the sandboarding and the camel tour during the sunset, it was wonderful.
The food was tasty and abundant.

We liked the quad tour with Salem! The food was really good. When we were shown our room we found the bed sheets were dirty, full of hairs and crumbs. They changed our room only to find the second room also dirty, they switched all the bedding for us very promptly.

We did the one night tour with the camel treck, staying in the luxury camp, and it was amazing. Everything was perfectly organised, Hassan was very helpful and every step of the tour was a pleasure, and the people involved were nice and accommodating. We also had a room for us to wait before the tour start and afterwards when we came back. Booking was quick and simple and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended

We did eat at Kasba Planet Sahara, Food was great, local, well prepared by the lady cook, just a bit too big portions :):):) Excellent!
Outdoor meal was in the desert - grill - local type - wow, we all enjoyed!
Additionally, was easy to walk arround and to have a drink in some local caffee shops - very nice.
Avoid ..!? to short stay to avoid anything, just add few more days.

what is the most beautiful thing during my trip to Merzouga...
what is the most beautiful thing during my trip to Merzouga I stayed at Hotel Les Roches Merzouga and I have a pool this summer before I went to the desert with hotel les roches, they have their private luxury tent, which is located in a great location where is so calm and has a small garden where they grow fresh veggies it was an amazing experience with hotel les roches Merzouga
Really enjoyed our stay at Riad Madu after a night at the desert camp. We actually stopped the day prior to camping in the desert, and dropped off our laundry to be cleaned. It was waiting for us when we arrived the next afternoon. Such a nice service.
The staff was super friendly and the hotel was perfectly located with a great view of the dunes. The room was our most spacious of our trip. The bed was super firm, which I loved. Too cold for the pool, but looked very nice.
Food was very good as well. Would stay here again, no doubt.
We really loved our stay at sahara Merzouga Sahara luxury camp. We went there by camel, lovely ride during the afternoon. We were warmly welcomed in the camp. The tents were warm due to the heating in the tent. We stayed two nights what i really recommend to fully enjoy the desert experience. We did a quad ride, booked via the camp (the quads come to the camp where you start) and sandboarding (boards available for free in the camp).
Delicious food, lovely lunch spot on top of a dune.
Would 100% recommend this luxury desert camp
Quiet location in a desert, away from other camps. Very good dinner (the best tajine we ate in Morocco), good breakfast. Listening Berber songs and playing drums in the evening near the fire was lovely experience. Good hosts in the camp. The man at the reception in Merzouga was very helpful and nice. Also a young Berber with a guitar in the camp was nice and talkative. I recommend to go one way to the camp riding a camel and returning next day with a jeep. A camp was nothing special but clean and comfortable.
Everything! Wonderful stay in the desert! The staff is amazing and very attentive. Excellent dinner, we really enjoyed the special taijine from the desert! Watching the sunrise with a camel walk is strongly recommended, we loved it! The desert camp has all the facilities: beautiful tents, comfortable beds, shower and toilet. It is also possible to practise sandboarding for free. They have a big dune nearby where an amazing view of the Sahara desert can be appreciated just book at authentic desert luxury
An incredible experience in the desert. A beautiful luxury tent with everything you need. Achraf is an impeccable host and his team are excellent and do whatever they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Their kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten. We were greeted by a warm smile and taken on unforgettable adventures in the heart of the Sahara desert!
The setting of the camp is idyllic.
Highly recommend this experience and we will definitely be back whenever we visit Morocco!
Absolutely amazing clean place. I loved my 2nd stay here at this beautiful hotel in the desert Merzouga.
The rooms are clean and everything works perfectly.
It is so easy to find and with free parking too.
Its so nice at night time with all the lights on around the pool area👌
The staff are so kind and the berber food is absolutely perfect. The tajines are to die for and big helpings too.
Thank you again to everyone who made my stay there so special as always. See you all again soon
Everything was perfect, we felt like home, surrounded by the desert and our new Berber family.
Addi was taking care of us and was very helpful with every request we had.
Wi-fi was (most of the time) good enough for video calls, but Maroc Telecom has 4G coverage in that area, so we were able to stay online quite comfortably.
Breakfasts and dinners were huge!
We spent 6 nights here, and will come back again for at least month, Inshallah ❤️
Best experience in Morocco so far.
Tanmert!
Staying at this camp was one of the highlights of our journey in Morocco. Hassan, the manager, is an incredibly kind person, with a lot of dedication to his guests, a great sense of humor and good advices. This place is just magical, with nice trees, wonderful lights and and a very useful pool. It's probably the best desert camp you can book in Merzouga. Staying 2 nights was a good choice, because we were able to enjoy the desert for one full day.
A fantastic experience in the desert that was made easy and seemless by Hassan. He organised everything and it all worked very well. In addition, we had 6 hours to wait for the trip with camels over the sand Dunes after arriving in Merzouga and he arranged for us to be at a pool at his families hotel for the cost of a lunch. This was a good deal - somewhere to go with a nice pool and view. I'd recommend using this company for your desert stay.
The staff at Milky Way Luxury Desert Camp went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and attended to my every need. The location, nestled in the dunes was the perfect setting for freeing my mind and enjoying the golden sand. The evening included delicious Moroccan tajine, followed by entertainment, consisting of traditional Berber music and dance performed outside around the fire, made magical by the Milky Way above.
Best trip of our life. The service was great during all the trip. Hassan has been looking up for everything to be perfect during all the trip. The van was amazing. The hotels were great. The desert camp was a dream, for sure the best place of all the desert camps nearby. If you want to do a trip to Morocco this is your best option. We will come back and we will contact Hassan again for our next adventure!
We stayed 1 night in the desert camp, one of the best place in Merzouga in the tents they have in the desert , nice food , location of the camp in the middle of the desert , and the truth is that there are no words to describe how beautiful it is.
To highlight: the treatment and how good they made us feel.
They attended to all requests always with a smile.
We will repeat for sure.
Amazing staff, everything very well organized. Our highlight was the sunset from the Sahara dunes. The tents are solid, with basic bathroom/beds, (but hey we’re in a desert camp, what to expect). Food was good and the camp fire with local music a great add-on. We had an amazing desert experience, thanks to the amazing people of the Merzouga Luxury Camp!!
We had the most unforgettable stay in this luxury Sahara deserts camp. One of our best experience in Morocco. The staff who managed this camp were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean, beds are comfortable. Excellent services, polite and respectful. Sunset and sunrise in Sahara deserts was beautiful. Love this camp.
All the comfort one needs in the middle of the desert. Host and his stuff are super friendly people who are there to provide you with all what you need. It is a must visit place in Morocco especially if you are looking for more then just touristic attraction and want to get to know more about life of local people of Merzouga desert.
The location was great right opposite Hassilabied one of the largest sand dunes in Merzouga. The food was (now after 3 more hotels) honestly the best we have had and great value at 8 euros per person. The owner was very hospitable and the hotel a real treat after a night in the desert with excellent wifi coverage.
Everything, very beautiful hotel with desert view. The pool is a great surplus.
Ali (the owner) is very friendly and tries to help the customer as much as possible. He even offered transportation to bus station very early in the morning. 100% I will return if I will come again to Merzouga. Thanks Ali!! 😁
This was our first experience in a desert and it was amazing. In Morocco the are a lot of tour operator that can bring you into Erg Chebbi (merzouga) or Zagora. Zagora is not like Merzouga! If you want to find high san dunes (up to 150 mt) choose Merzouga
We had a great time in Erg Cheebi desert of Merzouga. We spent a night here as a part of 10 days in Morocco. We really enjoyed the amazing landscape and took nice photos with Camelriding and the sunset time. We highly recommend spending one night here!
Clean tents, delicious food, fun sandboarding on the dunes, ultimate desert experience is the best campsite in merzouga dunes, realy we enjoyed our stay there in desert camp with youssef
I highly recommend it!
