Very polite staff. Room cleaning every day. Clean towels. Excellent and tasty breakfast. Good food in the restaurant and especially pasta with truffles. Amazing location - very close to Black Lake. Wonderful view from the suite on the 3rd floor. Having your own kitchen. Excellent sauna, which is included in the price. A good massage.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and speaking as a simple tourist, I would have been satisfied.
