We had a great start to our stay at The Cottage. Our host Giovanni contacted us ahead of our arrival in Malta and offered to collect us by car from the airport, which was very generous of him and we appreciated the free ride, even though The Cottage proved to be located a very easy and direct 10-15 min walk from the airport. The Cottage itself was spacious and charming, and very clean and neat. It feels very secure inside the property bounds and we could relax well. Giovanni attended to all our needs and gave us clear explanations of where we could find dining facilities adjacent to the airport. He also has large adjacent vegetable garden and vineyard in his property, which his Uncle kindly showed us over the next morning. This stay was a delightful experience overall and we really appreciated our short time there. Thank you Giovanni!!!!

Close to the airport, 20-30 min walking. Description of the hotel and pictures on the booking page are accurate. The room is very spacious and clean. Very good quality of furniture and kitchen appliances. Fridge, microwave, cooker, toaster, coffee machine and kettle as well as pans and saucepans were available. Two sets of tableware and cutlery were provided. Instruction for self check-in is very detailed and everything works well. Personnel is helpful and supportive even if there is no reception there. My room was not soundproof at all, I could hear the street noise, church bells all night long and airplanes from the early morning. Earplugs were not provided (or I couldn’t find them), luckily I have no sleep problems 😊

The location was perfect, and our room was big and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. One of the cleaners made a heart out of our towels which was super nice! We loved the bar inside the lobby, good cocktails and prices. Restaurants and bars all around to choose from.
