We had the best two nights in a long time! Very attentive staff and deep focus on details. The food, from breakfast to dinner, was very lacking though. However, we did enjoy the mixed meat platter! The price was also over the top compared to other resorts of similar standards.

The resort was the best that we had in our Honeymoon. they upgraded our room with a great view of the main pool and the sea with a big balcony. the resort is well maintained and the service and stuff are wonderful.
The room was big and the bad was very comfortable. also the room service and the cleaning was great - two times a day.
there was a sparkling white wine and fruits in the room for our celebration.

Spectacular hotel in a gorgeous location! This hotel has it all. The food is superb, the aesthetic is gorgeous, the pools are big, there are tropical birds everywhere. I thoroughly recommend it. My wife even liked the stray dogs. You can access boat trips from the beach.

A well run and beautifully kept resort. The apartments had everything we needed. All the staff from the manager right down to the gardeners were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The resort is in a great position with easy access to beaches. Transport can be readily arranged to other locations

Balaclava is remote so no opportunity to walk anywhere.
Balaclava is remote so no opportunity to walk anywhere. We were fine with a good dinner and the occasional musician but some might find it boring. We used a driver but if not then you’d need a car to get round the island. It was cyclone season so mixed weather but in general the North of the island has drier sunnier weather than the South.

wonderful and chearful resort design, I liked it so much. there are free and paid activities it is very good for families. 12 minutes from seewoosagur ramgoolam botanic garden and 15 minutes from port luis by taxi. there are 2 resturants and bar on the beach, there is delicious hot snack bufffet ( 4 - 5 pm).

Staff: super friendly!! Accommodation: clean 8/10, Bed: super comfortable, Dinner: very good but far to expensive for the island!! I really wouldn’t recommend the buffet for dinner! Breakfast is the only thing I’d criticize: no variety, no creativity, no changes, the quality of the food 5/10 Example: No pork bacon, vegetables: tomatoes and cucumbers ... that’s it, olives came picked and from the can... just not a 5 star Quality breakfast!!

Beautiful resort with views of the beach from the room. There was many things to do in the resort so one can spent all the time in the resort itself. The only problem we faced was with drinking water, it is delivered only once to your room and then only other option is in the room bar which can add to be really expensive. Otherwise highly recommended resort.

The concierge was super helpful and very knowledgeable about how to spend our time actively. The room services is also great. The cleaning was greatly appreciated by us, as whatever needs we had they were reacting fast and polite.
