The hotel was conveniently located in KLIA2 after baggage claims before immigration & customs. From arrival gates in 2nd level, walk towards H&M. Adjoining H&M, there is an escalator, and you'll see the big name board for hotel one level up. When you go around the escalator, you'll find the elevator to go up to level 2M. It was smooth checking, the room was cosy, and bathroom amenities were all in place. Tea/coffee/ kettle available. Plenty of food outlets are available just outside main hotel entrance. Checking out just drop the key card in the box.
