Unresponsive host. Already transferred the booking fee and security deposit however host chose to not provide the check-in instructions. Did not pick up call, did not reply to messages on Booking and WhatsApp. Went to the address provided but no one is there to assist on the check-in, need to contact with the host. Ended up staying at another place. Contacted Booking.com customer service to assist on cancellation.

setia alam have a great convention center and a beautiful mall, also have nice service apartment like trefoil.. at convention center lawn they have some nice and small event during weekdays.. you guys should go with your bf or family.. check out guys
