Great location! There are train and metro stations right next to the hotel, multiple supermarkets and a gorgeous park. The area is calm and clean. The design of the hotel is beautiful and the staff were exceptionally kind.

Breakfast was copious. Rooms were OK and staff very friendly. Ordering a taxi at the hotel went very well. Public transportation not too far away.

Totally disgusted with breakfast. Had requested and agreed vegan. Welcoming staff member said they did not do vegan and was very rude, said I should request a refund. Eventually offered vegan option but limited choice and no spread to go on toast.

The hotel is not in the city center but it's right next to a tram station and a few minutes away from a metro station and about 10 minutes away from the train station (just 7 minutes away by train from the airport!). You also have a supermarket about 5 minutes away. The room was tidy and spacious enough for us (we were a couple and a baby) and the breakfast was great. Self check-in and check-out is super sufficient.
