The hotel facilities were excellent.
The hotel facilities were excellent. It was quiet but well-located, with friendly staff. Everything was clean and the bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The purpose of our stay was to visit the Keukenhof and that was an easy walk away. Town is also pretty and worthy of a visit itself, with specialty shops, as well as nearby supermarkets. Restaurant at front of Hotel was lovely with cosy atmosphere, welcoming, friendly staff and good food. Others nearby also very good with wide variety of food choices.PeterAustralia - 10Scored 10

Very friendly town, had the feel of a.country village community. Visitors made to feel welcome. some good bars,.cafes and.restaurants but not overly 'touristy'. Beautiful gardens everywhere - the people of Lisse are clearly very proud of their closeness to Keuchenhof and the tulip fields.

We stayed 3 nights, which was aboout the right length of time. It was an easy bus ride from Schiphol airport (no 361) and a 10 minute walk. We spent a whole leisurely day at Keukenhof which was stunning. On a rather wet day we went on a pleasant 1 1/2 hour canal boat cruise past the dykes and windmills and through lakes starting at Lisssebrug at the bottom of Kanaalstraat (15-20 minutes walk from the hotel). We also went in the Black Tulip Museum, which was rather small and overpriced for what was there. If it had been better weather we would have cycled round the local area on the very good cycle tracks. There was plenty of bike hire places including at our hotel. There was a lovely Greek restaurant in town, and a very good restaurant at our hotel (De Duis), where we also eat at. In the shopping parade was a lovely café which did excellent light lunches.

Hotel is excellent in terms of cleanliness & friendly staffs. Surrounded with convenient shops/restaurant. We missed the Tulips season, it is only about 10 minutes walk to Keukenhof Garden. We will definitely come back to stay at Hotel Lisse. Thank you

The town had many good shops for clothing and restaurants/cafes. Our hotel was centrally located and the staff offered helpful information of what we needed to find in regards to a postal office and bus lines.

The suites are in a perfect location in the centre of the town with many options for easting out. It is also a convenient location for exploring the 'Bollenstreek' and especially Keukenhof Gardens. It is also close to the beach resorts of Nordwijk and Nordwijkerhout, and not far from Leiden and Haarlem. Schipol Airport is just 15 minutes away. Yoiu can hire bikes (including e-bikes) to explore the area. Recommended.TerryJonesUnited Kingdom

Nice location in Lisse, close to the Keukenhof if you plan to visit - a 10 -15 minute walk. Cafe next door for breakfast was good. And the balcony terrace would be nice if the weather was suitable. We were able to leave our rented bikes inside in a safe location. Plenty of options for cycling in the area around the flower fields. Easy to get from Schipol on the Kuekenhof bus.

Had a homecoming package of local chocolate, stroopwaffles and a small bottle of wine. Cute one bedroom apartment with cutlery, dishes, glasses, and pans. 10 minute drive to Keukenhof Gardens. Right in the edge of a street mall, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and boutiques. Quiet at night. Extremely convenient. Easy parking.
