Great location,.so close to everything in Thamel. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Great in house restaurant. The front desk were amazing and very helpful. There is an ATM machine in the hotel which is so helpful. There is also a minimart close by that is well stocked and a wonderful nail parlour which does excellent mani/ pedis. Overall a great place to stay.

The staff at Hotel Yambu are what make the place. They're personable, encourage guests to ask for whatever they need, and go out of their way to make one feel welcomed. I had to ask for a last-minute change to the dates of my stay because of a missed flight, and Raj obliged me without any added cost. He also helped me to get a SIM card and to find the nearest ATM when I first arrived. As for the facilities, the rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is strong, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is also located close to the road encircling the old town, the old town itself, and lots of amenities.
