The day after a calm talk, they proposed to us a much bigger room.Thames surrounding is well located and calm.. Breakfast was sufficient and good. The breakfast was so good, every day the staff changed the options and all of them were delicious. They had savoury and sweet options, which were always nice. Overall, the staff were super friendly with our group and eager to help us whenever we had trouble. Our stay included a shuttle to the airport, which was amazing. The hotel booked it for us; it was such a great service! I highly recommend this place!
