the pump next to kakahu room was a bit too loud during the night (we arrived back around 10pm til late) i did have a good sleep but was a bit uncomfortable the first hour.

The place should be condemned.
Electrical hazards, multi box didn't work, cracked windows, stains on duvet cover,hole in door allowing cold wind thru,mattress was thin with metal bars jabbing into me. Kitchens were full of dishes no forkes ,no .ilk for coffee..
Absolutely disgusting..place needs a bulldozer or match..
Only stayed as was having medical issues and couldn't drive..

This was a budget price but provided a clean comfortable and welcoming place to stop overnight on our journey.
We had private access to our room with parking at the door. Breakfast is not provided, but there is basic cutlery and plates with tea and coffee for two.
