Location is close to everything and convenient. Room was super clean and has everything you need during a stay. Ina's communication is quick and easy, she was very accommodating and generous with her time and effort. Breakfast was delicious and substantial, would definitely stay again and highly recommend for those passing through or stopping in Waimate.

Location is perfect. Enjoyed seeing all the stars at night. Beautiful home-made bread, butter & jam was provided along with a couple of eggs, a small juice, milk, sugar and real coffee. Cosy and warm unit. Lovely hosts. I will be staying there again.

Loved that the homestead was bought back to its former glory, furnished to showcase days gone by. Linda was so hospitable and friendly. We were made to feel very special. Her breakfast she made us was a touch of class , beautifully presented, very very nice. Such a shame we didn’t stay another day.
