The location was excellent for our family.
The location was excellent for our family. The beach was beautiful. My 19 and 21yo kids wanted to stay another night
If we didn't already have other reservations we would have checked to see if it was available. I would recommend stopping at the cvs/ walgreens before heading to this location to get breakfast or sandwich type things first. Not a long drive but you pass it on the way
We had to double back. The local Mexican restaurant was delicious and our waiter was wonderful. Would stay again for sure in the future.

Driving can be nerve racking, but it is so worth it.
Driving can be nerve racking, but it is so worth it. There are so many amazing beaches, as well as cool historical places to visit. Aguada is super close so days trips to other areas are easy, and there is great hiking!
Small property with 20 units, quiet and felt remote. Clean, decorated with a beach/coastal feel. This is not a busy tourist area, rather a quiet, sleepy coastal town. unit had everything we needed, chairs, towels, kitchen supplies.
2-4 restaurants within 5-10 minute drive, grocery store 15 minute drive, nothing but beach within walking distance. Loved the ice cream/Acai store in town.
pool was great, Beach to the left of the property was nice, but not clear aqua, water like other parts of Puerto Rico.
Location was amazing, but aguada by sea is not really a place to stay for 6 days it's more
For staying 2-3 days but if someone was to stay longer than that, they should really make
Sure they have transportation to get around and be able to travel out of the small town of
Espino Aguadillo. Other than that location was great, staff was amazing, especially Nelson
He was very friendly and helpful in every way he made sure my family and I were taken carof.
I loved the location of the house being right around the corner from a local beach...also the accessibility to the other area beaches was easy. There are many places to eat along the beach and in town. The in-laws who watch over and take care of the place are the sweetest humans on earth. The property has a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The back deck was a great place to relax after the beach and take your morning routine in.
I loved the facility it was such a great place and a great view of the beach right infront of it the owner was great and communicated with us lovely awnsered us fast and attended to us great it was such a great experience went to the beach walking almost everyday I recommend this place to anyone and I'd buy this place out again when I visit.
The location is amazing! It was like having a slice of Puerto Rico all to ourselves! The view through the huge window in our upstairs villa was like a painting that changes throughout the day. My wife and I also enjoyed our evenings at the gazebo with cocktails while we grilled steaks as the sun went down.
Very charming guest house. If you don't expect hotel-like accommodations you will be able to truly enjoy the experience of living a slice of life of island life. Great outdoor kitchens, cozy nooks, the sound of nature, cute dogs, cats, and even frogs. Just take it easy, relax, and get back to basics.
Very clean, well equipped and property contact was so attentive and kind .Customer service was top of the line. Great location close to all shops and great restaurants.
I can't left pit a great view and a clean pool thar views to the beach.Thank you! Will definitely book villa # 6 again and again.
Seemed to be great location. 2 restaurants RIGHT there, and beach very short distance. Liked the hammock outside the room! We got in after dark the day after Christmas and left early next morning so a lot was closed, but during normal year/season, good location.
It felt safe in the gated property. Comfortable, good AC in each room, starter set of spices, champagne, and the host was the absolute best providing us things and helping us as we needed it, which is more than we expected.
Spacious, well-appointed studio with everything you need and a great host. We told Melissa we were going to the beach in the morning, and she offered a late checkout so we could have more time at the beach.
