This review is testament to how much they themselves review feedback...then publish..it shouldn't be here. I hav serious issues with refunds and lack of acknowledgement of my attempted contacts. Very kind and helpful staff, we where travelling for work and had to stay the night it was last minute booking it was very correct and comfortable for the night, nice shower and beds.

The staff were unbelievable. They felt incredibly warm and genuine, and went out of their way to help us. My friend has a gluten and lactose intolerance, and they not only provided warm gluten-free bread and oat milk, but also asked if we would be staying another night so they could have it ready and waiting for us the next day. Such a lovely considerate touch.
Special mention also to the lady on reception, who made us feel like family, after a long and tiring day.

People were very friendly/helpful and the place looked very nice with nice décor. Bed was super nice and comfortable and the cleaning was done every day impeccably. Common kitchen space was a very nice/useful space.
