Stockholm is a beautiful city.
Stockholm is a beautiful city. Staying just outside The Old Town was perfect - SoFo - is a lovely bohemian area with very few tourists. Walking is easy but also the public transport system (including ferries) is superb.
Just walking the streets of The Old Town is a delight, But also recommend some island hopping. Skansen, The Museum of Modern Art and Stampen jazz club were particular favourites.
And a lovely bistro hidden amongst the web of cobbled streets in the Old Town is Under Kastanjen.

Absolutely lovely and beautiful city!
Absolutely lovely and beautiful city! Stayed a bit further away from the centre, but getting around Stockholm is incredibly easy! You can use the SL app to buy tickets or just pay as you go (there are cards machine at the entry of all metro stations as well as the trams and buses). The city centre is gorgeous, however it can be a bit crowded since there are my avenues and shops around. Eating wise, please try all the kardemommeboller you possibly can because they are delicious (my recommendations are Stora Bageriet and Lillebrors). Don't hesitate to take a boat tour to see the city from the water, you won't regret it! 🤎 Great city for shopping but also with beautiful nature areas such as parks, gardens and the archipelago!

Beautiful city but don't underestimate its size or how far it is to walk between places of interest. We discovered their superb transport system and used that after our first day walking everywhere to get to places we had booked.
In three and a half days we visited: Vasa Museum (amazing), Abba (don't be embarrassed to sing - we weren't), Avicii experience (more singing), Sprit museum (Swedish tasting tray was definitely something we wont forget!) Ice Bar, Gamla Stan and the Under the Bridges boat tour. There was so much more we could have seen including visiting the Royal Palace and Skansen (next time perhaps). People are friendly and helpful but don't take too much cash (like we did) as most places in Stockholm were cashless and only accepted card payments.
Food was an issue, we should have researched more as reasonably priced eateries that were open in April were hard to find.

Hello, I am not satisfied with our stay, when we arrived the room was not ready so we got another one, I paid for the room to feel comfortable and we got a worse room and it was also very dirty. dirty glasses and hair on the table. it wasn't cool
Absolutely amazing location, presentation and vibe. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had with mesmerising view of Stockholm + so many options to choose from (vegan, gluten free, healthy & regular). There was a TV even in our really small room without windows so it was so nice to wind down with Netflix in the evening after full day of exploring. Also, there is so many events happening right at the hotel (October fest, Karaoke night…) so that you can meet other travellers.
Location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of everything or with easy access to everything, as metro station is right outside the front door.
Breakfast is possibly the best we ever had, combining perfect quality and unbelievably numerous choices!
Also, there is a nice lounge where you can have a beer or a cup of tea after returning from a long day wandering in beautiful- cold Stockholm.
Stuff very helpful, rooms spotless and clean!
I must give you my very congratulations for an employee of yours. Your Greek employee miss Lisa mrs. Litsa. She's a wonderful person and an absolute employee. You are very lucky to have Litsa for your employee. Polite, kind, caring and so much more. Congratulations to Litsa. The best employee of Radisson Waterfront blue Hotel in Stockholm. The best hotel employee in Stockholm if not in Sweden.
The hotel is in a residential area close to some restaurants and different shops. It's not located in the city center but it's a 20 min walk downtown.
The breakfast was fresh and tasty with a lot of options to choose from. Last but not least the staff was friendly and welcoming.
If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, this hotel should be on your list.
What's best of this hotel is the location. Is amazing, you have restaurants, public transportation and beautiful places to visit, really close. You can even walk to the city center and won't take long.
The breakfast is amazing, most of the good reviews talk about this and it's completely true. Although it's quite small in the inside, the structure is very pretty.
The question would be "What did I not like about this hotel"? Well, nothing - I loved this hotel!
So convenient, comfortable, cozy with a great bar - amazing service by Ronaldo and his team.
Kudos guys, we left this hotel with the best experiences, and even though me and colleagues travelled for work, we really managed to relax and enjoy Stockholm moments.
The breakfast itself would bring me back. I was lucky to find the hotel as it is close to where my son lives and was glad to be somewhere quieter than the city center.
Staff was really friendly. I travel to stockholm at least once a year as do other family members. I can’t think of a reason not to stay.
Price was more than reasonable
The hotel is very charming and extremely Swedish :-)
You see careful and beautiful details in everything, its all simple, but functional and at the same time sophisticated. I been in Stockholm many times and this was my best hotel experience.
Will certainly stay there the next time I go to Stockholm!
The room was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast, one of the best. The location was excellent! The staff was warm, human, friendly. We fell in love with the hotel the moment we stepped in. The next time in Stockholm we know where we will be staying. A great experience!
The best accommodation in booking.com! Very genuine, original and so different from any other hotel or hostel. Rooms are warm and cozy with an adjustable heater. Breakfast was exceptional and very affordable price. Located next to the most beautiful area in Stockholm.
Hotel is located at one of the best locations if you are visiting Stockholm for the first time. Johnny is so friendly and helpful about everything. Johnny and rest of the staff made us feel home. Thank you for everything, see you next time!
The hotel was good and much cheaper than the average hotel prices in Stockholm. Easy to reach with public transport. Hotel staff was helpful and kind. I really liked the breakfast which was simple and great to start the day with.
It's very close to a metro and a local train station. Also, many bus stops nearby. You can easily go to the city centre or to the airport.
It's cheap compared to other hotel options.
The hotel is really grand as the name suggests. You fee like you are one of the Royal Palace’s apartments and feel important. All the staff were professional and 5 star service.
Room was large and comfortable. Hotel was right near train station and short 10 minute walk to Gamla Stan. Staff very helpful even suggested items to do on checkout day.
The location was perfect for all of our Stockholm adventures. The breakfast was the best we’ve had any any hotel, ever! AMAZING variety of foods and so delicious!
