Slovenia is great.
Slovenia is great. Alps on the east, mediterranean sea on the west, same country, distinctively different climate on each end of the country. Beautiful nature, castles, lovely valleys with rivers and waterfalls, unspeakably beautiful historic castles etc. We stayed in Domzale only, did not go out to the city, but the location is great. Just a stone's throw to the motorway and only 20min to the airport. Very convenient location

Domzale itself has restaurants, shops, so you can find necessities easily. Host is very kind and helpful and made a list of important things to find easy (parkings, shops, restaurants....) Apartment itself is new, after adding some details to it, it can be be very good. :) Just one note, upper floor is very low and only kids can stay up there....

The hotel is near the highway so it is really easy to get to. The hostess was very friendly, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Yes, there are carpets in the rooms, but it is not nearly as much of a problem as some of the comments here would have you believe. The rooms are clean and the overall impression was very good.
