Rooms were extremely comfortable and as depicted in photos, the spa and pools were amazing, Kadikoy is about 15 minutes walk away and Istanbul European side in a 20 minutes metro ride. Breakfast is delicious, too! One highlight is the staff, however. Courteous, efficient, and service-oriented. I have to truly highlight Mehlik and the trainee Gokhan - amazing service! Thank you and I fully recommend it.

Hotel was nice and great location. Two workings pools (indoor and outdoor) that weren’t very busy. Staff were really friendly and happy to help! Muhsin helped organise an airport transfer and bar staff who went out of their way to make a drink of our choice. Our room was nice and clean too. Overall, great stay here.

The location is very good ,near the metro and tram station ,closed to all the city attractions. The staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast. The spa was opened until 10 o'clock, which was nice to relax after a long day. Also ,the pool had a nice temperature. The room was cleaned daily. I recommend this hotel.

Ease of check in, had issue with room and was changed swiftly, nice heated pool on roof (has removable roof itself so open at that time of year when other hotels had closed their pools)
