Really a good experience at this structure in central Sumy city. Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Have not tried the breakfast but I hear it is of good quality. Coffee served at the reception was more than adequate. Would certainly book again.

Property is very scenically located along the river and has spacious rooms and bathrooms, an excellent restaurant and all needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable and bed and bathroom linen of good quality. Complimentary drinking water is in the room. Did not try the breakfast but my friends did and said it was good.

The Italian professional coffee machine with grinder was a nice and unexpected touch. It's a type of coffee machine which would be considered very good in Italy too and that I had never seen in Ukraine. Also the lights in the Jacuzzi were very nice. Overall a great attention to detail and a great bargain.

nice quiet place to chill, some nice looking bars and places to hang out, town centre has great potential, with some investment it could be a cracking little gold mine, screaming out for terraces with restaurants and coffee shops, money money is what it needs. It is already happening, give it a few years and town will become something. Need information at hotels about tourists attractions and things to do in sumy. Infrastructure needs to be set up but like most places in Ukraine, they dont get the whole tourist thing yet, a hotel can make extra money money by arranging tours and other activities or at least trying to encourage people to stay longer.

A large and comfortable room, nice view, friendly staff, perfect location at the top of the pedestrian streets, great price. And now, after a long quarantine and the ongoing war, the hotel's restaurant has reopened and offers breakfast; the oatmeal and sirniki were perfect for me in the morning before participating in a running race. My next two stays in Sumy are already planned, and I of course made my reservations at this hotel again.
