This hotel is exceptional, classy and great value for money. From the location close to the airport, to the excellent breakfast to the room decor and facilities (e.g. china mugs and glass bedside glasses) everything was several steps up in quality compared to the other hotels we stayed in while travelling round the US. The view over the bay was delightful. I'd go out of my way to stay there again.

There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible.
The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.
Overlooking the San Francisco Bay and 10 minutes' drive from San Francisco International Airport, this hotel offers free airport shuttles, an on-site restaurant and modern in-room amenities.

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future

Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza.
Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. Both are a short walk away. Other good choices as well, but these two are my go-to's.

It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport and it located on a trail that runs along the San Francisco Bay.
When you have to use the shuttle to/from the airport it might be a long wait as the shuttle seems to run only every 45 minutes.

Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. The breakfast is great.

Burlingame is centrally located and made it easy to visit family who lives in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Convenient to highways and stores nearby. Nice walkable downtown with lots of stores for shopping and great eateries.
We were given early check in, which meant the world to us, after a long flight from New Zealand. We are so thankful for that.
The hotel is very rundown, but the room was renovated and very comfortable
Crispy clean sheets and towels
Air was stale and it was clear there was a lot of smoking in the room. The hotel is in need of a good cleaning or carpets replacement.
Extremely comfortable beds and pillows.
Good value for money. This is a great hotel if you need a place to stay for a night that is near the airport. It's a short shuttle ride away from the airport, but you don't hear any airplane noise. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed! The staff were amazing: helpful, personable and friendly. The most wonderful surprise was the AWESOME breakfast! Best we have ever had at any hotel we have stayed at, and it was included in the price of the room. We WILL be returning!
Restaurant food was very good and staff were all very friendly. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours heading in so the courtesy bus was unavailable however, the hotel offered a refund of our taxi cost to get there and automatically offered a late check out due to our 3am arrival
The location and all that came with the hotel were very awesome. The hotel is super clean. The elevators are the fastest I've ever been in. The food is great. I do like the free drinks for the evening reception as well. The view of the bay is very romantic as well.

Large hotel that is well managed. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. It is quiet yet still has a city buzz because lots of business happening in the restaurant. Right along the ocean, with short seawall walk.
I like the people that work their best of all the hotels surrounding SFO. I like the girls in the restaurant the cleaning staff, the support staff and especially Ronnie at the desk.
My husband loves this hotel, I was happy to finally stay in it for the first time. The staff was friendly, the food is good, and I felt very confortable in the hotel room.
The location was perfect. 2 very comfortable beds. Staff were helpful. Only a one day / night stop over but walked into Burlingame on the afternoon which was great
