Even though I read some negative comments regarding this hotel and I had my concerns I must say that the staff was very friendly and supportive. I was able to interact with some of them and have only positive feedback. Also, I checked-in in less than 5 minutes which was amazing.

The hotel is very conveniently located, at walking distance from the majority of the most famous touristic attractions.
The bathroom was quite nicely organized, and it was provided on a daily basis with soap, shampoo and conditioner, but no toothpaste.

The room is very spacious, especially by New York standards. The bed was also very comfortable and large. The room also had an iron, which was nice! It was also clean, there was housekeeping everyday. The location is very good; plenty of eateries nearby.
