We looked at latest the reviews just before we left home and lowered our expectations, however, we were pleasantly surprised. Yes it is a little tired but we had no bugs, it was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The rear garden was private and sitting out on the patio was good. We thought the beds were comfortable and when we texted the owner regarding a loose handle on the shower, he came very quickly and replaced it. He was friendly and helpful.

Easy access to Ala Moana shopping mall.
Has good guest laundry facilities where you can use your credit card to run the machines but need a stack of quarters to get washing powder.
Easy walk into Waikiki.
The American love affair with shower curtains!!!
Just 2 minutes’ walk away from Waikiki Beach and Kuhio Beach Park, this hotel offers an outdoor pool and sun terrace. Each room and suite includes a private balcony with ocean, mountain or city views....

Great location for Waikiki, close to many good food trucks and restaurants, the beach, statues, zoo etc. All staff were lovely and helpful.
Breakfast was a good quick set up.
The Twin Fin Hotel is steps from Waikiki Beach and adjacent to the Honolulu Zoo. It features an on-site restaurant, a poolside bar, and spacious guest rooms with a private balcony.
Across from Waikiki Beach and offering stunning views of Diamond Head and the Pacific Ocean, this 100% non-smoking hotel offers a rooftop swimming pool and sun terrace with ocean views.

Perfect location, right on the edge of all the hotels overlooking Diamond Head & the beach. We booked an Ocean View Room, which was EXTREMELY small (barely enough room to lay down a suitcase). Great views though. We decided to see if they had anything better, and we upgraded to an Ocean Front Corner. (Room 1807). The room was nothing special but my god the view is unparalleled. Best room in the hotel and probably the best view of any hotel in Waikiki (big call I know but without the view of other tower blocks it's truly sensational!) Request this room, it's unreal!! The free use of beach equipment was a huge bonus too!

Although I thought the room needed upgrading, the property itself was lovely and the staff was great. I really enjoyed the easy-going feel of the place - just what I needed. It was often cloudy in the morning but sun came out in the afternoon. We rented a car which worked out great but they do charge a 15$ fee for parking each day. Overall I would stay again and would recommend to friends.

The East side of Oahu is not really as tourist as the Waikiki and Honolulu areas of the island and for us was all the better for it. There are a large number of much quieter beaches and overall its not as busy. Its short of proper restaurants so self catering is a better option, there are fast food places but more what you would expect for residents rather than for special occasions. You definitely need a rental car here because it would be hard to get around without one. If you are in to cycling that would also work of course.

This town is the best. Everyone was sweet.
This town is the best. Everyone was sweet. Not too far a drive from anywhere. But would need a rental car. Byodo-In Temple, Hoomaluhia Botanical Gardens, and Ka'a'awa Beach Park were amazing! Close to Jurassic Park too which was cool to drive by.

Will be back!
Will be back! Paddle boarding perfection to sandbar-though ideally would get for several hours vs 1.5 hour limit-then could visit island more. $25 charge but so much better than boat tour or kayak to see sandbar. Amazing hikes wi a few miles.
To get this straight at the beginning: This accomodation is very nice, the staff is great and the "green idea" practiced in the hotel is good and laudable. The cooking facilities in the room are very functional. The balcony of our room offered a nice stay outside. Kayaking is free of charge. A snorkeling tour is offered at an extra charge.
Probably the best location on the bay. Free kayaks, with inconvenient reservation process were a welcomed amenity. Kitchenettes also a plus. Personable & polite staff, but had to be prompted to give information and sometimes omitted the important information. Accessing the units would be difficult for those who are not physically fit.
We did not even know there was breakfast.. I think we should have got a map or something to help with that. The rooms were connected to other people that you could very easily hear. The hot tub was very small, and the boat that it shown on the picture to take u to the sand bar was broken. It was not our favorite part of Hawaii trip.
The location is amazing if you're looking for peace and quiet to unwind. However, be prepared to pay around $140.00 to and from the airport. The resort offers a snorkeling tour combined with a trip to the Kaneohe Sandbar which was definitely worthwhile. Captain Rall and Brain were very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
Very peaceful and beautiful! Our lanai was huge and so nice to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings of the bay and the mountains. We took the boat tour out to the reef and sand bar! That was a lot of fun! We saw sea turtles and Brian and the Captain were wonderful!
We visited Paradise Bay in Nov 21 while the CV rules were still in place so there was no free continental breakfast. This was known before our arrival and was still an amazing stay. Everything about Paradise Bay was awesome. We would certainly stay there again!
location, location, location! the view from our bay-front room was unbelievable. really addictive. Very nice room with great kitchenette. wish we could have stay longer. great snorkeling trip. loved the kayaks that are available. paradise!!!
The property is a gem! Beautiful grounds, beautiful view, wonderful guests to chat with. The room was large, with a comfortable king-size bed and comfy pillows. Always lovely to sit outside on the lanai and enjoy the beauty of Kaneohe!
Hotel located in very quiet and beautiful part of the island. Stunning view from our balcony!
Extremally helpful and friendly stuff
(BIG thank you for your warm welcome and support)
Got to kayak the bay which was definitely a great perk. Location was amazing. Staff was friendly and always said hello. View was amazing from all aspects of the peninsula.
Free kayaks which saves a lot if you wanna go to the sandbar. Beautiful location. Free yoga. One of the only hotels up this coast so great location to go to Kualoa ranch.
I like the aloha of the workers there and the location is next to Kaneohe Bay. The room was spacious and private. It had good wifi and tv. Kitchen was very useable.
Lovely location. Loved being close to the marine corps base and getting away from Waikiki. I like how the staff provided a list of restaurant recommendations.
