Good value as we needed an overnight stay close to the airport after a late arrival from overseas before continuing our journey on the next day. Shuttle from the airport and team were great room was great as well with high levels of comfort.

For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We booked this hotel because it was next to the Millbrae Bart Station. We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean. Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an...
Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.JayleneAustralia

We were staying before a flight after a long road trip, and we threw away / gave away our food and drink - we could have used it to eat in the room. The hotel is very near the hire car drop off and it is very nice. There is a swimming pool. The location to the airport but a Uber cost 20-30$ to pick up and take back to hotel or airport depending on the time of day. It cost me 32$ to ride to San Francisco and $40 to go back to the hotel. The shuttle would help greatly because the airport is so close. The staff were super nice.
