Currently dealing with my credit card due to several apparent fraudulent attempts to charge my account on ten occasions three different amounts from this establishment with many attempts throughout the night whilst we were asleep. No communication as to why from the owners.
No towels, many services not available.
Mice poop in the rooms stained bedding dirty and dusty fridge filthy amongst many things to extensive to go through.

My reservation was canceled and I did not receive any communication that it was being canceled. The employee just said it was canceled nothing he can do. I got into lubbock at 11:30 pm and didn't have a room to stay in. It was graduation weekend I went to 6 hotels before I found a room for double what my reservation was for

When I made reservations I asked for queen size bed, well I got full. We asked for nonsmoker room we got one but we were places where there was smoking all around us. The noise was terrible. People talking til 2-3 in the morning. The room had no microwave or refrigerator no towels for two people. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom door had no knob. And no wifi!
