For travelers arriving by sleeper bus, I strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation! The walls are dirty, and the bed sheets and towels have yellow and red stains. However, given the price, one cannot expect much more. The real problem, however, was the lack of professionalism from the owner. She doesn't speak English and was unreachable when we arrived after our 10-hour bus journey, despite having previously agreed that we could check in early.
We spent 3 hours in the middle of the night on the sidewalk before finally reaching someone and being let in at 6 am. At exactly 12 o'clock, the owner came and demanded the full amount for the additional 6 hours, even though we had already asked beforehand and no one had informed us that we had to pay the full amount. We refused to pay, and she threatened to kick us out.
It's important to mention that my friend opened the door while I was in the shower. He was only wearing boxers, and I was naked. Nevertheless, she insisted that we pay immediately. So I had to come out of the shower half-naked and explain to her that we had agreed to check in earlier.
Ultimately, she argued with a translator for several minutes and only left after we paid. Such an experience definitely leaves a bitter taste, and I strongly advise against booking this accommodation.
Additionally, the owner turned off the hot water for two days, forcing us to shower in cold water.
