The host (Sash) and his staff were wonderful. Nothing was too hard for them and very accomodating. Lovely spacious rooms and the thatched roofs was a nice exotic touch to add to our African experience. The rooms were well cleaned and made up each day. Great English breakfast offered each day. The surrounds and gardens were lovely, nice barbecue and pool area. Very close walking distance (under 200 metres) to supermarket and restaurants.

We left our car in Port Alfred and wanted to use shuttle services but this beautiful woman became our transportation to and from Beacon Bay Hospital. I came for major operation,but my family are perfectly fine in her care. I never expected WiFi but it's part of her services. I am definitely coming back to Eland Place when I have recovered and this time for 😊

Location is beautiful. The food was good and the staff were very friendly especially the lady (Viwe I think) taking the room service orders in the am. The security was also good, the one even helped me to my room with my luggage since the porters were busy.
