The staff was very friendly and they were able to give us a room an hour before the check-in time. Our room was very spacious and had a view of the pool (we could also spot some planes in the distance). We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food offered for lunch at the bar was good. For dinner, there was the option of a la carte (same as the lunch menu) or buffet but we chose the buffet since it had a variety of options available at a good price.
To get to the hotel we used the free airport shuttle from the airport that is every 30 minutes. When we exited the airport terminal we noticed a Premier Hotel kiosk there and we went to ask where the shuttle was. The lady there was very kind to accompany us to the bus stop when we told her that it was our first time here.

Great location and your shuttle driver was friendly and approachable. As for the hotel , it was so sparkling clean and the staff they where the best, so helpful, friendly, welcoming they made our stay so wonderful considering that we were disappointed by our flight being cancelled and had to book hotel at a last minute with the kids.
