Walnut Cottage offers private self-contained accommodation with free WiFi and free breakfast supplies, just 5 minutes’ walk from Angaston's main street. The cottage features lovely garden views, BBQ facilities and an open fireplace in winter months.

Cute period cottage in the heart of Angaston, located on a quiet street but within a few minutes' walk to all amenities including bar, restaurant, grocery shop plus a few specialty shops eg Barossa cheese company. Very well equipped, you don't need to take anything with you, it's like a home from home (shampoo, washing powder, condiments, you name it!) Breakfast basket was excellent with enough food for a cooked breakfast, also a bottle of wine, port and juices.

Lovely old homestead on outskirts of town with beautiful views over open country. Rooms have separate sleeping and sitting areas. Bread, cereal and milk (etc) provided for breakfast. No sink, only a plastic bowl (not easy to find): tricky to fill kettle and bowl from tap in bathroom basin. A wonderful base for exploring the Barossa Valley.

We just loved this very spacious, original stone cottage. The construction meant it was naturally cool, so very little use of air-con was required. We were visiting our daughter and her partner and we really enjoyed being able to have them over for dinner and just relax together. The whole place was very well-equipped, with lots of thoughtful touches and yummy treats left for us. Only a short walk to one of Barossa's charming little townships.

I have been coming to stay at, Country Pleasures for some years now, and have delightfully encouraged friends and family to stay, some of which I know have consequently, took my recommendation. I always enjoy the cosy, quiet nature of the cottages laced with a few little luxuries. It’s always been clean and being a city girl, I enjoy the warmth and calm the fireplace brings.
