The place is quite spacious, gorgeous backyard, despite having neighbours next door we felt white secluded. The hot tub is bigger than we expected and that was a nice surprise. There is a servo 5 minute drive from the house, bottle shop another 5 minute drive, in the town center. The fire pit ended up not being used but it would have been great and having been woken up by birds and visiting kangaroos definitely added to the experience.

Cottage was lovely but cold because of the Antarctic weather front. We sorted that out with the reverse cycle Air conditioning first night and log fire second night. Site is amazing with glorious views. Road up is very steep - just for info. We arrived in the dark - could have been disappointing, but we saw so many wombats, wallabies and kangaroos as a result - wonderful!
