The location was super tranquil and on the less hectic side of the park. And the staff, Lucas and Ethan, were amazing! They gave us suggested routes that helped avoid so much of the wait times. There’s a lot of crowds at Zhangjiajie, but they knew where to go and how to get there to at least avoid some of the crazy crowds. They were also super helpful in all sorts of things like helping us book train tickets to our next destination and expediently picking us up / dropping us off at the park entrance. The hotel terrace is also lovely with a nice view of the mountains.

Small but amazing hotel. need to Improve fixtures and lighting. Warm lights make the hotel cozy!!!

The room is amazing, it’s all smart with a great view. The host helped us booking the tickets, and with everything we asked for.

the host , she is great, i felt like I’m at my home she is very nice , and the price is affordable, the room are clean and she gave us better room arrange , it should have cost more but she didn’t charge us for that
