Featuring a DVD player, the villa has a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with a shower and a bath. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is featured.

The villa is extremely well-equipped. There was an excellent welcome pack and the outside of the villa provides a wonderfully secluded and private area. Throughout the day there is a choice of sunny and shaded zones in which to relax and unwind. The views over the Akamas and out to the sea are stunning. Keith and Wendy are very supportive hosts, and provided some fascinating insights to the local history and wildlife. We used the villa as a base for some very long walks, and it was the perfect location to relax after each walk. The large array of channels available on the entertainment system was a fabulous bonus. If we ever plan to visit the Neo Chorio area again then availability of this villa will be the first thing we will check.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is extremely comfortable with fantastic views. It is an excellent base for exploring the Akamas Peninsula both by hiking and by boat. The host was extremely welcoming.

Spacious, well-maintained villa in the rural part of Cyprus. I enjoyed the secluded location of the house: away from the urban noise, roads, and people. Yet, just a 10-minute walk leads to the sea. The house has everything you need for living. The check-in and check-out process was very convenient; we hardly crossed paths with the owner, who is a very kind and responsive person. We accidentally left our headphones in the house, and he found them and helped us return them.

    Had sauna and indoor and outdoor pools. Room had full size fridge, kettle and cooking facilities with everything we needed. Quiet balcony with view. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Superb value for money.

    We loved everything! The heated pool, the sauna, jacuzzi wasn't the best one cause wasn't that clean, but all the rest, including the apartment and the breakfast was amazing! We found even a ball to play at basketball and the location it's not bad if you have a car.

    The hotel was in a quiet setting, very convenient (but a short car ride) for both Laatchi harbour and the Akamas peninsula (Aphrodites Well). The outside pool wasn't open as it was too early in the season, but we used all the internal pools and sauna facilities. Excellent breakfast. The apartment felt very spacious for the two of us. One of the light bulbs needed to be replaced, and it was done in minutes.

    Felt like home. The house had everything we could wish for. Comfortable, clean, cosy and welcoming. Beautiful location, views amazing! Able to walk to Neo chorio village for supplies, food and a bit of village life. Perfect for Akamas trails and wondering around Latchi and Polis. Loved it!

    Breakfast was delicious, the landscape was breathtaking, the cabins comfortable, the private beaches beautiful and easy to access, the staff friendly and helpful, the owners so sweet and kind, it was a dream weekend that was much needed to reset! I also loved the no loud music rule and quiet curfew at 11pm so guests can sleep! It was off season when we went so there weren’t many people to make noise but as light sleepers, we were able to sleep very well and peacefully. Waking up for the sunrise on the beach was incredible!

    An exceptional experience, the best accomodation we've had in Cyprus sofar. A house with a wonderful view of the greenery and the sea. We enjoyed breakfast on the large terrace. Inside, the accommodation is very clean, pleasant, cozy and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Thank you for the excellent wine and beer! We would definitely like to come back, we will recommend to family and friends.

    Breakfast was lovely, there was plenty of choice for both adults and children. The pool facilities were really good with pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the dead sea spa. TVs were also smart TVs so able to access netflix as well as having the facilities to cook within the apartment. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good value for money for a weekend stay be perfect in peak season.
