The hotel organised a fab horse riding trip for us and helped us travel to our next destination. Also, you can’t get better than the view from the dining room! Very relaxing vibe and so much better value than some of the more well-known lodges in the mountains. Diego and his family are super welcoming. The tour agency that Diego runs also offers tours to cotopaxi and the surrounding mountains so it makes travelling around pretty easy.

There was a kitchen, hot water in showers, a fireplace in the common area, and a few little shops near. I would definitely stay here again. The owner has a great contact for a taxi to take you to Cotopaxi or other places for a very good price (cheaper than if you ask on the street). Wifi worked well.

As we were there at the low seasons and not all rooms were occupied we were proposed to choose a room. We had a large room with fireplace and 2 big windows, it was very cozy (just like at pictures). The breakfast is typical for Ecuador, nothing special but big enough.
