Good communication by the hosts. Very spacious terrace - especially in the evenings, to have a family dinner and a glass of wine with nice view. An ideal kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook for the whole family. A big master bathroom with lots of space to keep everything and many white & clean towels. When you are not in a mood to go to the beach you can use sunbeds on the terrace. By the way, tennis & mini golf are very close:)

    Central location to all bars, restaurants, attractions and main shopping area also not far from airport. The property was clean and staff friendly. We stayed in a bungalow which was located directly opposite the kids pools (so handy). There was plenty to do on site for kids including kids club , activities and entertainment each evening.

    The room was really nice, tidy and recent. The pool was small and cozy but the sun doesn't get there until about 11. But space has just been made for benches on top of the roof of one of the houses and the sun comes a little earlier in part. It was very nice up there, obviously completely new. There is a supermarket right outside the hotel which is very convenient

    Location was excellent. Right beside bars (not veronicas strip) and lovely restaurants and easy access to the beach via a security gate at back of hotel. Could walk to Los CRISTIANOS in 15/20 mins along the promenade. Pool was excellent,plenty of sun loungers. The apt itself was very nice, had all the essentials for self catering. Also had netflix which you could connect to if you had an account. Overall i would def recommend this hotel. Location was just amazing.

    The property was a brilliant location, right on the beach front! The garden literally opened up onto the beach. It was very clean and tidy. 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. It was a self catering property with a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board etc, washing up liquid, towels were provided too. The kitchen was well equipped too. Beautiful views, and the complex it's self was lovely too! As we've said already- really clean everywhere. The area was very safe, quiet and security around all the time.

    Very tired... one sheet per bed... no blanket nor throw... one cheap pillow per head... cabinets broken... balcony door broken... lamp broken...one towel per person... Never again !!! Havent done self catering in 40 years... booked it because of friends... no pool floats... no music.. no fun !!! Steer clear... loads of stairs & lift seldom worked... stay home 🏡

    I would say this is more like a 3star hotel. The Wafi was awful and no bar ? The rooms with no balcony or window were not cosy. The pool area nice but the pool really cold and the hot tub not hot
