The cottage is located in a charming village and is an absolute gem. It was a really special place to spend Christmas. Everything is done to a high standard, tastefully decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. The AGA range was surprisingly easy to use (good instructions on hand). David was an excellent host. In addition to a nice welcome gift, he had a real Christmas tree set up and even dropped off extra firewood so we would have enough over the holidays. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this cottage has been one of our favourites. We can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommend!

There are plenty of walks, including Broadway Tower. Kelli is a great host, very thoughtful and kind. She ensured we were able to make the most of our stay. The owner was very responsive, with some helpful suggestions of what to do and where to eat.
