Absolutely stunning location and we had a beautiful stay. Actually proposed to my partner at the side of the lake in the most gorgeous setting! Inside the home was cosy and decorated in a traditional, quality way which fitted in perfectly.

The lodge was huge and set to a very high standard, beds were comfortable and the lodge had everything we needed. Hot tub was massive and very warm. We had a great time celebrating my sisters birthday, keen to return (hopefully soon)!

Self contained cottage, a little way out of Drymen. Emailed instructions of how to get there from host were excellent. Lovely out door seating area with table and chairs+ lawned area. compact cottage, but well supplied with all mod cons.The history of the building was impressive!

Very nice and cozy cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a comfortable bed and pillows. Also we spend a lot of time enjoying fireplace. Also there was nice private car parking. If I have a chance I will definitely book this property next time.

Location is good it has a pub/restaurant with a shop next door about 2 minutes walk away from lodges and plenty of good views with the loch and hills all around. Would book again.

The lodge was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very cozy. The lodge is located in the heart of Balmaha within walking distance of the Oak Tree Inn, local shop, cafe and boat jetty. When my husband and I arrived we were informed that our hot tub wasn't working but Colin had already sorted this by upgrading us to another lodge. 😀 The lodge was amazing, we couldn't have had a better time away for our 25th anniversary. The hot tub was set to the perfect temperature and the rooms were very cozy and spacious. Will definitely be back soon.

The garden has plenty of seating for you to take in the views. Couldn’t really have asked for more, it was cosy, comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for. I’d definitely stay again. Access to the beach was just a short walk from the property, and connected to a woodland/Loch side path to Balmaha.

Balmaha itself is lovely and had lots to offer (pub, small shop, cafe). The lodge itself was really cosy, clean and just overall lovely to stay in, bonus was the private hot tub available
