Well equipped apartment across the road from main hotel. Large car park outside. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen inc washing machine full cooker microwave. Good bathroom with large shower. Didn't actually use main hotel so can't comment on that. Location close to beach, which is clean and safe. Shops nearby, heritage steam railway very close.

The location is perfect, the breakfast was very good, a wide choice on the menu! I occupied a single bedroom which was compact and cosy with lots of storage. It was very comfortable and there was a terrific shower! I will certainly stay there again when I return to the IOM!

Complementary tray with a selection of teas, coffee & biscuits, and the fresh pint of milk in the fridge for a brew on arrival was a really nice touch. The apartment was spotless and cosy, central heating worked brilliantly on the colder nights & can easily be turned off. Clear instructions on how to use the appliances, everything you would need is provided. Lovely deep bath, soft towels & quality bedding. Customer service was excellent.

The hosts are very nice and accommodating people. Out late flight from Isle of Man was cancelled last minute and we had to find a room for the night. We were welcomed here even though the booking was last minute (we called before arriving though). The room was nice and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing as there were Chinese breakfast options in addition to traditional British ones which we found to be great.
