The place is exactly what I was looking for and even more. Even tho it's a tiny cottage, it has everything you need, and the most important thing — it has 2 side view at the same time: you observe Kazbek mountain from your bedroom and Shani mountain from the terrace. Not even best 5* hotels can offer it ;) Kazbek is usually opens his top in the mornings, so you wake up with the gorgeous view on the main peak of the region. The house itself is very warm and cozy, very comfortable and super convinient location.

Spectacular view with a feeling of an oasis. Even it was raining the whole day during our stay, we just enjoyed doing nothing and relaxing in the cabin listening to the rain. Our car got flat tire and he came to help us out. We stayed 2 nights and that's not enough.

Very nice location, the view is stunning! Located on the north of the town, about 15min walk to the market. 3min walk to Rooms hotel(where u can get lunch&dinner). The host was very friendly, we communicated with the translator (Georgian and English), she was always willing to help!

Sehr liebe Gastgeberin.Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.Mann hat alles was man braucht.Der Blick direkt zur Gergeti Kirche ist traumhaft. Die Lage ist sehr gut denn mann kann zum Zentrum zu Fuß laufen.
