Our stay at the villa in Kolymbia was delightful. The atmosphere was nice and cozy, offering a perfect retreat. The presence of a pool added an extra level of relaxation to our experience. The hotel amenities were satisfactory, although it would have been convenient if the kitchen provided some basic products like salt and pepper. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, and the availability of a parking place was a bonus. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

The hosts were there waiting for us with the keys and a friendly greeting, they also provided us with a traditional greek dish one evening. The highlight of the villa was the pool which was well lit so we were lounging in it whenever we were at the villa. It's located fairly central between Lindos and Rhodos Town, which are definitely cities to visit if you enjoy nightlife but also sightseeing. Also the Seven Springs are a 30 Minute walk away which are a must visit, especially the tunnel lake.

It is very well equipped and we found it very clean. The agency and the owner were very kind and helpful to offer all the information we needed. It is a great place for spending holiday with family or friends.

Villa was amazing, as we expected! It has everything, what you might need for a family vacation. We used kitchen (which has everything for cooking food at home), grilling space, swimming pool and sunbathing space. Villa has a super cool "Bali vibe" (sometimes you might forget where you are, in Bali or in Rhodes :)) Panagiotis is amazing and hospitable host, who took care of us during the staying (he met us, showed around, treated with local wine and fruits, provided some recommendations for restaurants). He also helped us to find a car for 7 people to travel around the island for a good price.

The comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation also comes with soundproofing and a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area.
United Kingdom
The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

Perfect location, close to main road, but far enough to not hear traffic noise, you can travel easily to Rodos or Lindos within 20 minutes, and other beautiful beaches just 5 minutes way. The owners are the friendliest people that you will ever meet, and they have nice tips of which places to visit whilst on the island.

The amplasament of the property and the design of the garden and the Villa was very nice and we realy feel like in vacation.

The pool was lovely and most days we had it to ourselves. We stayed in a self catering apartment with small kitchenette that was fully equipped and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The wonderful hosts Angela and Bobby were exceptional. If your looking for peace and tranquility then we highly recommend Villa Rizia. And if you have a car, it is the perfect spot to explore the rest of Rhodes. Also Kathy, the host was very helpful and easy to reach. She also gave us a list with things to do and places to visit as well as good restaurants and bars on the island.
